This former undergrarnd mine was reclaimed and reseeded in <br />1Se95 and early lt}97. The mine has achieved a Phase ]1 bond release for the <br />majority of the disturbed area. The ground was damp from a brief shower. <br />Siyns and Markers <br />White PVC pipe marks the boundary of the reclaimed area. Markers are located at <br />corners or bends in the boundary. The operator shr:nrld ensure that the necessary <br />information in accordance with Rule 4.30.2 is added to the mine identification <br />sign at the mine entrance before l.he September inspection. <br />Hydrologic Balance <br />While field conditions allow, the operator should ensure that all water monitoring <br />sites far ground water are appropriately marked and maintained in accgr'dartcf, with <br />Rule 4.05.13i3)(a). This should include sites PA`rJ-5. PAW fi. CCAW-l. SF 2. NM~20. <br />N`1-21. NM-22. GEM-1.
