The following <br />problems/possible violations have been corrected as documented and noted below: <br />1. Enclosed are photographs showing the suggested changes for fuel and oil <br />storage. <br />2. See attached exhibit #A, a bank statement from Moffat County National Bank <br />showing balance on July 4, 2006 of $34,863.42 which exceeds the <br />requirement. <br />3. The debris on the mine site has been cleaned up and disposed of (see <br />pictures). The port-o-let has been stood up and left on site for future use. <br />4. Refer to letter from Moffat County Pest Management stating that this problem <br />has been resolved. <br />5.
