• <br /> <br />MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID #M-86-159 <br />INSPECTION DATE 10-14-99 <br />(Page 2) <br />INSPE TOR'S INITIALS BK <br />The Division conducted a monitoring inspection of the site on 10 14-99. he site is a large <br />112 operation located approx. 20 miles southeast of Pueblo Colorado. Wi h the exception of <br />removal of processed materials from the existing large piles, no acti a mining has taken <br />place in the area for the past few years. According to the operators rep esentative present <br />during the inspection, Mr. Tony Secovic, there are plans to mine on e the stock plied <br />material is depleted. Since the Division is not allowed to calculate fin ncial warranty for <br />processed material, the existing financial warranty in the amount of $49 600.00 is found to <br />be adequate at this time. However, if the mining operation commences nd the anticipated <br />reserve requires altering the approved mining plan, the Division will hav to recalculate the <br />financial warrant and adjust it at that time. The entire permit area was walked, driven and <br />inspected and no major problem noted. The high wall located along the eas ern portion of the <br />permit was sable.
