III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. The SAE south of and adjacent to the <br />tracks should be cleaned periodically to remove excess coal <br />spillage. <br />General Comments <br />The west mine area and the shop level area both contained non-coal <br />waste that should be placed in a proper non-coal waste disposal or <br />holding area prior to removal from the mine property. Roads on the <br />site were in good condition. The records were checked and found to <br />be in compliance with Division requirements. <br />This concluded the inspection. <br />
