Recommendations and Compliance Dates <br />The operator 1s advised that the following problems have been ldenttfied <br />during inspections and that failure to correct the problems may result to <br />the Division taking an ENFORCEMENT ACTION pursuant to CRS 1973, as <br />amended, 34-33-123. (Recommendations and compliance dates are to be <br />clearly noted. Dates are to be specific, e.g., January 31. 1983 and <br />underlined.) <br />The fence around the permit area must be repaired before cattle are <br />present in the area next Spring. <br />Appropriate records must be available at the mine office prior to the <br />beginning of mining. <br />
