These materials should be <br />reassembled in a file at the mine. <br />Records which should be available include the permit application, the <br />mining permit, water monitoring records, a copy of the Federal Coal <br />Lease, and a copy of the NPDES discharge permit. These items should be <br />ava7lable at the mine prior to the resumption of mining. <br />
