Area in Phase II lake 3 to be completely mined by end of 1985. Area to <br />be reclaimed starting in 1986. Area currently being dewatered but no mining <br />is occurring. <br />Soil stockpiles adjacent to pit area at angle-of-repose. <br />2. Phase III Area: <br />A. Small irrigation ditch transverses north edge of property and <br />through middle of area. <br />B. Operator to leave cottonwood grove on northwest corner. <br />C. St. Vrain to be on east side of operation. <br />D. Conveyor system to run adjacent to St. Vrain from pit to main <br />conveyor which transverses St. Vrain and carries material to silos. <br />E. Soil has many cobbles in it. Is not of good quality or cepth being <br />adjacent to this part of St. Vrain. <br />F. Short grass prairie heavily grazed. <br />G. Operator discussing re-routing Cleft-True ditch to facilitate mining <br />operations without impairing ditch users. <br />H.
