Clean up coal, bench material, and snow and ice from bench outslope. Deadline <br />was set at December 51, 1981. Problems with bench stability have postponed resolution <br />of this problem. <br />2.' Installation of 10" GMP. Deadline is February 28, 1982. Operator was warned <br />of impending deadline and the need to request an extension if the deadline cannot <br />be. met. <br />3. Additional berm repair is necessary due to continued instability of bench <br />outslope, by March 15, 1982. December 18, 1981 deadline no longer applies. <br />PROBLEM RESOLVED <br />1. The outlet end of culvert 111 has been cut off. End is now open. <br />
