OBSERVATIOtvS OF IhIPOKTANCE:
1. Gravel was not being removed from the pit at the time of the inspection.
2. Topsoil stockpiles were stable in the heavy winds, but were not seeded.
3. This site appears to be a harsh site from the standpoint of low moisture
and high evapotranspiration rates.
