No recent <br />activity was evident. <br />The existing pit is ± 40 feet deep, and fenced in with vertical pit walls along the <br />fences. There was no water in the pit. Some areas have been invaded by weeds. One <br />foot of topsoil is available on undisturbed lands. OId topsoil stockpiles are in three <br />locations. The northernmost stockpile will need to be moved if mining commences as planned. <br />1, Reduce pit walls to specified slope as mining progresses. Topsoil and revegetate to <br />minimize erosion and invasion of weeds. <br />2. Control weeds to prevent spread to off-site areas. <br />3. Update the mining and reclamation timetable in your next annual report. <br />4.
