<br />III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the <br />inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was an aerial inspection of the New Pryor Mine for the month of February, 1997. More <br />snow has fallen since the last inspection and it appears that none has melted. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE: The site was covered with snow, however, no discernable signs of <br />erosion could be seen. Pond K at the NW corner of the site still has about 1 foot of ice and <br />water in it but was not discharging. No other ponds had any water in them. <br />
