Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the <br />inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />Revegetation <br />Stabilization seeding and straw mulching were recently completed in various recently graded locations, <br />including the pond embankment vicinity, the construction dirt stockpile disturbed by pond embankment <br />construction activity, the construction dirt stockpile SAE outlet area, and the rutted area just north of the <br />haul road across from the sediment pond. Seeded grasses have recently germinated in some locations. <br />5 <br />
