Shntb establishment was very good in the areas of direct haul topsoil. An abundance of awed clover was observed in areas seeded several yews ago. Areas seeded last year stood out by the amount of oxeye daisies blooming. Although, the daisies look very nice, they will have to be monitored because thry have been identified as a troublesome weed of the Rocky Mountain West Several small seeps were observed at the bottom of the Moffat area 71try were draining into the sediment pond A gully was observed north of the Moffat area pond, it appeared the upper portion had been repaired last year. 11te lower section needs work Ponds at Caner Ridge and West Ridge were observed Both ponds were diachmgutg Discharge was clear. Algae was observed on the surface of both ponds. Water was flowing from the West. Ridge seep. Beavers had built two dams in the collection, discharge ditch We didn't walk the entire ditch, Thee may be more beaver activity. ltte ditch needs to be cleared Musty Long showed us a small area along the goat trail that recently slid It occurred roughly fifteen fed below the trail in a historically semi-moist area where cattails grow. He is concerned about the long tam stability of the road mtd he would like to have some guidance lirom the Divsion.
