(Page 2) <br />MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID #: M-7999-433 <br />INSPECTION DATE: a_~~_n2 INSPECTOR=S INITIALS: inn <br />OBSERVATIONS <br />This was a monitoring inspection to check compliance with the permit and regulations Paul Garrett of the <br />Fremont County Road and Bridge department accompanied me on the inspection. <br />This permit area is on a steep north-facing mountainside tust above Howard Creek. The mine is in two sections <br />stockpile area The east portion of the mine is primarily a waste dump of limestone rock deposited in a ravine <br />many years ago The county has excavated a small pit into the flat surface of the rock dump creating a small <br />basin. <br />The permit boundary is marked with steel fence posts and the permit area is Identified with an appropriate sign <br />Since this mine is immediately upsfream of Howard Creek Fremont County should be careful to not allow <br />materials to inadvertently be pushed into or eroded into the creek will increase.
