When the site was last inspected <br />because the operator failed to place the permit boundary markers, the Division could not complef the <br />inspection. At that time the Division requested the operator to place the appropriate boundary markers and <br />notify the Division once it is completed so the Division can complete the per-operational inspection of the site. <br />As requested the operator contacted the Division and stated that the boundary markers were in place. <br />Boundary markers for the new 1 12 applications and the adjacent 1 1 1 permit have been placed with metal <br />stakes panted orange. The Division contacted Mr. Joe Baxter of Kirkland Construction, aka Eastern Colorado <br />Aggregates regarding the still stockpiled processed material in the adjacent 11 f-permit area. He stated that <br />they planned to complet the reclamation of the stockpile area, by either giving or placing the processed <br />aggregate in the landowner's property for his use. <br />The permit boundary markers for the 1 12 permit were properly posted.
