III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made during the <br />inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the facts or evidence <br />supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was a complete inspection of the Hamilton Mine for the month of July, 1999. <br />RECORDS: Records were inspected and found [o be satisfactory. See page 5 of this report for further details. <br />ROADS: The roads continue to be in satisfactory condition and do not require any maintenance. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE: All ditches and culverts are clear and capable of functioning as designed. Pond A <br />& B were dry at the time of the inspection. <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS: The site's vegetation is the best i[ has ever been since it was reclaimed. Indian <br />Ricegrass is the most predominant grass species at the site, along with some needle and thread. Woody plants include <br />mostly fourwing saltbrudh and some sagebrush. The site is very stable as far as erosion is concerned. <br />
