Watcher <br />Executive Director <br />Michael B. long <br />Division Director <br />I have not found your Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment discharge permit CO-0029599 <br />on file at the Garfield County Courthouse during the last two coal complete inspections, but then I failed to <br />check Appendix 4G of the Permit Application Package (I looked for it in the Inspector's Binder 1). Thus the <br />notation as such in the reports. If it is not on file in either of these two places, please advise me of its location <br />by the end of the month.
