' d*reclamation was completed by DMG. <br />The weather was warm and rainy and t •~ound was wet. <br />a <br />The East Pit area appeared to be in good shape. ~'7~ae riprap that was placed in the <br />top of the drainage and the large gully below the road appears to be stable. <br />(According to AI Weaver at the neighboring Southfield Mine there. have been several <br />rains of about 1-2 inches.} The road.along the upper West Side of the East Pit has <br />some nits bvt is in overall good shape;.,. <br />~~~` <br />The West Pit area also appeared to be in good shape. There was good vegetative <br />cover and despite some minor gullying, the area looks good. <br />The Duck Pond, Orphan Pff and Tipple areas were also well vegetpted and in good <br />condition. The road to these areas is the Corley Mountain Ranch road.
