The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible <br />violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br /> CORRECTION <br /> <br />1 <br />' DATE <br />• <br />Operator has disturbed approximately 1.9 acres outside of the permit area by mining on the <br />southeastern edge and stockpiling material on the western edge of the approved permit boundary in <br />possible violation of C.R.S. 34-32.5-109(1) for failure to obtain a permit prior to engaging in a new / / <br />operation. or C.R.S.34-32.5-116(4)(1) and Rule 3.1.5(3) for failure to protect areas outside of the <br />affected land from damage occurring during the mining operation. <br /> PB or PV: PV <br />- CORRECTIVE ACTION: TOPIC(S): MP <br />The operator must incorporate the disturbed acreage into a permit by filing an amendment 9Il ~B - <br />aoolication. Acomplete application must be submitted to the Division within 60 davs from the mailing <br />date of this inspection report. The conversion aoolication must be completed to the Division's <br />satisfaction within 120 days. if there are no objections, or within 150 davs if there are obiections. <br />Completed means that_adeguate bond has been submitted and the Amendment has been issued by <br />the due date.
