General Comments
Bench construction activities have been suspended temporarily due to extremely
muddy conditions on and around the bench. The operator was working on
constructing the dip section at the Hubbard Creek crossing at the time of the
inspection.
Coal has been cleaned up from areas along Hubbard Creek. Heavy rains over the
previous weekend, however had exposed some coal material which was buried
under sediments by the flood. This material will be cleaned up when the
stream banks dry out sufficiently to allow equipment access.
Some minor sloughing has occurred along the access road cut slope and needs to
be cleaned up to improve drainage down the road ditch.
423 Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street Denver, Colorado 80203 Tel.
