III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussions of observations made during the <br />inspection. Comments in Section IV describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the facts <br />or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />Note: Apparent subsidence features at the north air shaft, and on the coal seam <br />midway between the air shaft and upper portals, have been reported to AML. <br />Limited records, including monthly inspections by the Colorado Division of Minerals <br />and Geology, are on file at the Division.
