They will be seeded by January 1997: ~: J
Coreective Action #3 -Gas Line
We are very much aware of the 50' setback off of the gas line. The plant manager for that
site has assured me that we are at least 50' off the line and probably closer to 100' away.
Within the next two weeks we will have Colorado Interstate Gas locate their line and we
will mark offthe 50' setback with stakes or fence post. Although our employees are very
aware of the gas line and its location, this will make our excavation limits very visible.
'T'his should be evidence enough that we are not at any risk of damaging the gas line.
Broderick and Gibbons, Inc. continually strives to create a safe working environment and is very
aware of the responsibilities for the operation and reclamation of this gravel pit.
Should you have any additional questions, please contact me at (303) 657-4331. ~ ~~ ~~'
~,
Sincerely,
ie Goettemoeller
Land Manager
a: ]im Hunter, Colo Spgs
Jim Agner, S&G Manager
III I II I II I II III III ~ Coryorete - Centre/ Services
999 1590 W 11th Ave.
Denver, Colorado 80104
303.657.4334
Fax 303.657.4339
t ,`c
/ r
b V~~.
~ ~~~~
Q1`
A Redland Group company p'""~r'"''d~
