3 l~1e~tc~d C~/-o~~ <br />~ ~ ~~ ~~SA~r v.? ~a~ <br />- Return Shafts 1 and 2 have been sealed in response to a recent (possible) <br />combustion event. The shafts were sealed under the direction of MSHA. No <br />additional disturbance was created in the sealing of the shafts. The shafts were <br />sealed with dirt and foam (at the top) and will need to be properly sealed (with a <br />concrete surface plug) before any bond release can be obtained. <br />- Return shaft 3, the WMVS and the B-Vent shaft pads were all properly maintained <br />and in good condition. <br />-The areas consisting of transfer towers 1 and 2, the slot storage and the emergency <br />discharge building were all well maintained and in good condition. No erosional <br />problems were noted at these sites. <br />-The Halandras landfill area was well maintained and in good condition. <br />Bond Compliance: The bond compliance inspection was performed to verify that <br />information contained in the permit and the reclamation cost estimate are accurate <br />with what is on the ground. The data is contained on three pages following the <br />records checklist. All of the Data was collected with a Trimble GeoXT GPS. The data <br />was then downloaded to a PC and processed using Pathfinder Office Version 2.90. <br />
