It is my <br />understanding that the engineer has been to the Alma Placer Mine property, h~s conducted a <br />preliminary investigation, and will be in a position when we meet next w ek to discuss <br />affirmative steps to be taken in order to bring this property into compliance. <br />Thank you for your help and cooperation in this matter, and I will be contacting you <br />shortly after our meeting with the engineer next week to keep you advised as to ~rogress in this <br />matter. <br />
