A site inspection was made of the Wright Pit. <br /> <br />INSPECTOR'S INITIALS TAS <br />2. The operator has installed an entrance sign and permit boundary markers and is now in <br />compliance with Rule 3.1.12. <br />3. The operator was in the process of regrading the west end of the disturbed area in <br />preparation for final reclamation. As noted in the previous inspection report of May 29, <br />1997, the operator will need to either submit an additional financial warranty of $2,000 by <br />August 8, 1997 or perform reclamation to the extent that the remaining reclamation liability <br />is $4,500 or less. <br />4. The 1.6 undisturbed acres at the west end of the permit area were inspected and deemed <br />ready for financial warranty release. Upon receipt of a release request, in conformance with <br />Rule 4.16, the Division will approve a financial warranty release of the 1.6 acres.
