- ~ (Page 2) <br />MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID # M-95-023 <br />INSPECTION DATE 5 3 8 INSPECTOR'S INITIALS CLR <br />OBSERVATIONS <br />The following observations were made as part of a succession of operations inspection done <br />at the request of the Operator. <br />This site was permitted as a 110 9.9-acre operation. The boundaries are marked by fencing <br />along the east, south, and west boundaries, and the north boundary begins 50' south of the <br />fence that runs parallel to the north boundary. Due to uneven terrain, the measurements taken <br />seem to indicate that 10.1 acres were disturbed, but these measurements can not be considered <br />completely trustworthy due to the difficulty in using the measuring wheel on some of the <br />slopes. <br />The site is approximately 410' x 1010', with a small 155'x 390' square attached to the <br />southern end of the site. This portion of the site currently has about 1' of standing water <br />in it from storm runoff, which is being pumped off the site into the adjacent ditch. <br />Topsoil is stored approximately 3' deep along the edges of this square area, for a distance <br />of 550' x 12'x 3'. An additional topsoil pile of 20'x10'x150' (approximately) is stored <br />behind the large materials stockpiles. <br />Slopes of 2H:1V run approximately 700` along the western boundary, sloping down to a flat <br />area. At this time, the entire site needs to be topsoiled and seeded. <br />The new bond calculation for this site will be based upon the above measurements and <br />observations. <br />No problems were apparent at this time. <br />I & E Contact Address cc: Carl B.
