Present during the inspection was Mr. Tim <br />Correct of CC&V. At the time of the inspection, CDOH8~E air emissions department was on site conducting a <br />test at the ARD building. <br />Inspected Phase I, II,III & IV leach pad areas and recorded the following readings from the high and low <br />volume solution collection transducers. <br />Phase I High Volume Solution Collection transducer # 2 was recorded at .17.4 and # 2 was at 17.3. Low Volume <br /># 1 was at .17 and # 2 was at .52. Piezometer for the pond was recorded at 34.0 feet. <br />Phase II High Volume Solution Collection Transducer # 4 was recorded at 16.4 # 5 was at 14.7 and # b was at <br />13.9. Low Volume # 1 was at .O7 and # 2 was at .47. Piezometer for the pregnant pond was at 28.1 feet. <br />Phase IV high Volume solution collection transducer # 7 was recorded at 14.4 # 8 was at 13.1 # 9 was at 14.8 <br />and # 10 was at 15.1. Low volume # 1 was at 14.1 and # 2 was at 7.3 inches of hydrostatic head. <br />Inspected the external pond. It was holding what appeared to be frozen water. While in the area, collected <br />the following readings from the Low volume Solution Collection transducers. Low volume # 1 was recorded at <br />13.7 and 2 was at 9.55 inches of hydrostatic head. <br />Inspected the under-drain area, all lower ponds were dry or holding a very small amount of what appeared to <br />be frozen water. Both the 4-inch pipe and South under drain were discharging at a trickle at the time of the <br />inspection.
