III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />durng the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection <br />and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was an aerial inspection of the Amess McGriften Mine for the month of July, 2003. The site is <br />open to public access. <br />Roads: The road to the site is passable, however, very rough. <br />General Mine Compliance: The site remains much as it normally does, although ~l appears that a <br />significant rainstorm has erodod some deeper ruts in the road. <br />
