Stockpiles <br />of processed material and overburden were located within the processing area. Stockpiles of <br />vegetation debris and topsoil were evident for active extraction areas. Total affected area was <br />estimated by pace count at approximately 6 acres. <br />5MT2020 -Archaeological area, 5MT2020, was delineated by two strand wire fence. Numerous <br />pin flagging, blue color, were observed within the delineated site. Evidence of mining operations <br />within the delineated site was not observed. <br />Financial Warranty -DMG holds 517,232 financial warranty. DMG estimated the cost of <br />reclamation, totaling 517,232, on 12/8/97. DMG reclamation cost estimation was based upon a <br />phased mine plan with contemporaneous reclamation, maximum unreclaimed disturbance limited <br />to 9 acres. Observations made during the inspection and recorded within this inspection report <br />indicate that the affected area has not exceeded the 9 acre bonded amount.
