<br />[II. Comments - Compliance <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of <br />observations rnaae during tine inspection, Conments also descriue any <br />enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the facts or evidence <br />supporting the enforcement action. <br />On August 19, 1993 a complete inspection was conducted at the Bourg Strip Mine. <br />At the time of the inspection the weather was clear and dry. The grass on the <br />reclaim was brown. This summer seems to be dryer than normal. <br />to find. <br />The loadout at Northgate was inspected and no problems were noted. The area <br />was well vegetated and there were no signs of erosion. <br />The reclaim at the mine did not show signs of erosion. The permanent gully was <br />stab I e. <br />The perimeter road, north of the gate, on the west side had some gullying in the <br />ti re tracks.
