<br />(Page 2) <br />MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID #: M-1981-779 <br />INSPECTION DATE: Fahniary 4, 7nn7 <br />INSPECTOR'S INITIALS: QI A <br />This report describes a monitoring inspection conducted in compliance with the directive of the State of Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board that every mine in the State of Colorado be inspected at least once every four years. Mr. Kenneth S. <br />Parker, County Engineer accompanied this inspector on this inspection. <br />A sign was located at the entrance to the mining operation that identified the mine and indicated the permit number. The <br />permit boundaries were clearly marked and the operation was being conducted within the boundaries. <br />The pit highwalls were being mined at an approximate 2:1 grade that will lessen khe amount of grading necessary to achieve <br />final reclamation contours. No reclamation has been done to date. <br />Topsoil is being saved and stockpiled around the perimeter of the property.
