Severe rill erosion on surrounding slopes and highwall. <br />3. Annuals (weeds) are invading site. <br />REC~IWATIONS: <br />1. Operator should attempt to control annuals and erosion by establishing vegetative cover <br />on surrounding slopes as specified in permit. <br />2.
