MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID # M-80-022
INSPECTION DATE 09/11/97
INSPECTOR'S INITIALS RCO
There is a high tension powerline along the south boundary of the permit, whose poles are
between the pond edge and the boundary fence. These were placed by the utility company after
the gravel permit was issued. Since there is no future mining activity planned for that
portion of the permit, there appears to be no need to secure a damage agreement for this
structure. If this inactive condition changes there, the operator should obtain such an
agreement.
The files do not include an updated map of current pond margins, structure locations, etc.
The operator should submit a map depicting current (and planned/revised) conditions along
with future annual reports.
There were no problems noted at this time. if there are questions about this report, please
contact this inspector at the address or phone shown below:
Division of Minerals and Geology
484 Turner Dr., Bldg.
