Box 2379 <br />Colorado Springs, CO 80901 <br />RE: Corrective Action Items 1 - 6, September 12, 1991 Inspection Report/ <br />Access Road Erosion Control Design, Snyder Quarry, File No. M-77-210 <br />Dear Mr. Morgan: <br />The Division has conducted a follow-up inspection to determine compliance with <br />the Corrective Actions noted above. <br />Items 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 have been completed satisfactorily. Item 1 was not <br />completed and is shown as new Item 1 in the November 27, 1991 inspection <br />report. As agreed to during the inspection, this Item is to be completd by <br />December 12, 1991. <br />The Access Road Erosion Control Design you submitted to comply with Items 4, 5 <br />and 6 has been reviewed by the Division and is approved. The work necessary <br />to implement this design should be completed by March 30, 1992.
