All items will be completed before year end 2004.
Place mine permit ID sign and boundary markers per regulations; proposed installation by
end of July 2004.
2. Storing of farm equipment at mine site - I would like to work with you to change mine
plan to allow storage of farm equipment. I plan to remove all debris not related to the farm
operation by the yeaz end.
3. Erosion of the pit slopes to be repaired by the end of July 2004.
4. The new road neaz the northeast corners of the permit is used for our farm operation
which allows access to land north of the mine permit.
5. Control of napweed will be attempted by the use of a herbicide called Toridon 22K which
was recommended by Rod Cook. He recommended to spray weeds in the fall to get best results.
If you have any comments on my plan, please give me a call at 505-632-8209. I will be out of
town from April 15 to approximately mid-May 2004.
If I can be of any further assistance, please call.
Yours truly,
~ ,r/'.
