<br />(Page 2) <br />MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID #: M-2001-033 <br />INSPECTION DATE: 4-16 AND S-8. 2001 INSPECTOR'S INITIALS: ~_ <br />OBSERVATIONS <br />The Division conducted a pre operational inspection of the site on 416 and S-8. The site is proposed to be phased 112 <br />construction materials mining operation covering 467 acres, located 2.5 miles South West of Manzanola. Present during the <br />inspection were Mr Joe Gagliano, the consultant and Mr. Alan Frantz the operator. When site was first inspected in April, it <br />was difficult to find all the permit boundary markers covering the 467 acres. At that time, the Division requested the <br />operator to place additional, easily identifiable markers around the entire proposed permit area so the inspection could be <br />conducted in accordance with the Construction Materials Rules and Regulations. The operator complied with the request <br />and another site inspection was conducted on 5-&2001. The entire permit area was driven and inspected. Permit boundary <br />markers were properly displayed. The site was as described in the permit application.
