T <br />III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the <br />inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was a complete inspection of the Blue Flame Coal Mine for the month of May, 1996. <br />The slopes are well vegetated and stable with almost no signs of erosion. The site could use <br />another round of weed contol applied to the Canadian thistle and the remaining burdock during <br />the month of June. <br />Deer have been browsing on the reclamation. <br />
