We are finished with all excavation at this pit, the
crusher and generator truck will be moved as soon as weather
permits. Stockpiles will be hauled off this summer and all
reclamation work completed.
#2. A TR to the Reclamation Plan Map has been sent to the
MLRB so as to leave the stock watering pond.
Bartley Gravel Pit #M-84-155
#1. Backfill will be placed around utility poles where
necessary, graded to a 3 to 1 slope and revegetated as weather
permits.
I believe that our original permit states that we will stay at
least 50' from the natural gas pipeline running across the
permitted area. In any case we have completed all excavation
close to the pipeline or electrical poles.
#2. The County Weed Control District will be spraying weeds
at the appropriate time each summer.
Black Snag Pit #M-95-010
#1. The Mine Identification sign has been posted at the North
entrance to the pit. Boundary markers have been placed at the
four corners of the permit area.
#2. Exploration holes which were dug with BLM permission
before a permit from MLRB was obtained will be backfilled and
reseeded this spring as weather permits.
#3. A TR has been submitted to the MLRB along with a revised
map showing all existing disturbance.
Thank You,
~.~ril
Tim Huskey, Road Supervi~crz-
