<br />III. Comments - Compliance <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of <br />observations made during the inspection. Comments also describe any <br />enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the facts or evidence <br />supporting the enforcement action. <br />On November 4, 1991 a partial inspection was conducted at the <br />Bear Mine. This inspection was an aerial inspection that was <br />recorded on video 1:ape. The video tape that contained the record <br />of this inspection is tape # 90 position 4855. <br />The weather during the inspection was mostly clear with a f'ew low <br />lying clouds that sometimes partially obscured the ground. The <br />ground had a snow cover of about 40%. Most of the snow was on the <br />north facing slopes. <br />During this inspection no problems were noted that required <br />enforcement action. <br />
