The notice in this report, regarding lack of adequate financial warranty, has
been highlighted and is now considered to be a problem as it was not submitted by the due date. Additionally,
the boundary marker problem has been highlighted on page 3.
To avoid potential future enforcement actions and possible permit revocation and forfeiture of the financial
warranty for non-compliance with State Statutes, Rules and Regulations, and/or conditions specified in your
permit for this site, adequate financial warranty in the amount of $19,029, or a warranty increase of $3,313,
and documentation of compliance with the corrective actions specified for the indicated marker problem must
be submitted to DRMS by April 9, 2007.
If you need additional information, please contact me at the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, Grand
Junction Field Office, 101 South Third Street, Room 301, Grand Junction, Colorado 81501, telephone no. 970-
243-6368, fax no. 970-241-1516.
Sincerely:
Steve Shuey
Environmental Prote lon Specialist
Enclosure
Mailed with Certificate of Service
RECEIVED
MAR 19 lUU7
Division of Reclamatlort,
Mining and Safety
Office of Office of
Mined Land Reclamation Active and Inactive Mines
