Other diversions and drainage ditches were clean and functional. Treated mine <br />water was being siphoned from the pond. <br />4.11.4 Disposal of Non-Coal Waste <br />A small amount of combustible waste had been placed on the refuse pile. The <br />material (mainly some old boards) should be removed from the waste pile and disposed <br />of properly. <br />4.15 Revegetation <br />The drill pads near Ward Creek have been graded and dragged and should be amenable <br />to seeding. Larry Reschke indicated that he had obtained the seed and would be able <br />to do the seeding by the November 20th deadline. Due to the small size of the <br />disturbance and the reapplication of the topsoil, vegetative stabilization of the site <br />should not be a problem. <br />
