Topsoil storage <br />piles were stable and protected by vegetation. <br />General Mine Plan Compliance <br />The site is in temporary cessation. No permitted work to covert the site from aload-out to a load-in <br />facility had been accomplished. <br />Reve elation <br />Remaining revegetation requirements are associated with future reclamation of long-term facilities. <br />Air Resource Protection <br />The site is stable with regazd to air protection. There is no dust-generating activity at the site. <br />Slides and Damaee <br />There is an arrested slide, recorded in May 2000, at a cut on the railroad spur. The head escarpment is <br />near the permit boundary.
