Cottony <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Relative to the inspection of the Koenig Pit conducted on November 11, 2003, a records check was conducted <br />with the Office of the State Engineer (SEO) to determine whether the site is in compliance with their office. <br />According to SEO records, the slurry wall at the site has not yet been approved by their office.
