Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the <br />inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was a partial inspection of the Blue Flame Coal Mine for the month of January, 1996. <br />The site was covered with approximately 12" of snow. <br />The slopes appear to be stable under the snow cover. <br />The access road is snowed in. <br />
