BOX 758 <br />GREELEY, COLORADO 80632 <br />PHONE: (9701 356-4000 EXT. 3750 <br />FAX: (9701 352-2868 <br />Enclosed are the corrective actions taken to the possible problems or violations noted on your inspections of the <br />Pierce Pit ID # M-80-121 and of the 83rd Avenue Development Pit ID # M-90-119. <br />The Pierce pit M-80-121: <br />1. Our surveyors measured the topsoil stockpile and determined that we have 3538 cubic yards. We <br />also have topsoil in the unmined area that has not been stockpiled. When we finish removing that <br />topsoil, if we do not have enough topsoil for reclamation, we will haul more onto the site. <br />2. We will be hauling material from the Pierce Pit [his coming spring. <br />The 83rd Avenue development Pit M-90-119: <br />1. I talked to Rich Huff, pit foreman for Hall-Irwin, owner of the fuel tank, on December 6, 1995 and <br />they had removed the tank that day. <br />2. The area is two permitted pits-the Hall-Herbs[ Pit and 83rd Avenue Development.
