The possible violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. CORRECTIVE ACTIONS CORRECTION The operator has allowed adverse impacts to the 08/15/98 prevailing hydrologic balance to occur, by not properly installing or maintaining adequate control PB or PV:PB structures or implementing proper practices, to prevent such impacts. TOPIC(S): HB,MP,AT The operator must install all surface runoff and sump containment structures (berms, water bars, terraces), as specified and committed to in the EPP; the operator must remove and dispose of oily soil from the compressor and provide for future containment of any leaked oil; the operator must provide for drainage isolation of all ore materials from other areas of the pad surface, and drainage isolation of all pad areas from unaffected flows within the gulch. These items are to be completed, and proof of their completion sent to this office, by the date shown at right....
