OMG <br />inspector Gorham explained that the Phase I bond release process only considers the <br />completion of the backfilling, grading, and drainage control and whether those tasks were <br />completed in accordance with the approved plan. The completion of the sealing of the shaft <br />must also be included in the evaluation and future evaluation will be conducted in the office. <br />The Tatum's reiterated the objections documented in their letter dated February 17, 2005. <br />The Tatum's expressed an interest in testing water level in an adjacent well. Inspector <br />Gorham Indicated that the water level In the subject well had been recently documented in <br />an inspection report and agreed to provide a copy of this report to the Tatum's. <br />
