At the west valley fill, all was neat and orderly and appeared stable. The fill has reached its <br />widest point in the gulch. There was no water in the pond at the bottom. <br />The Hubbard Creek facilities were stable, with no erosion. Vegetation is comparatively <br />sparce in the canyon, in keeping with its natural environment. Signs were in place and <br />correct. <br />Records were checked and several items need to be updated, but they were generally very <br />well kept and easily accessible. <br />
