In <br />the context of a possible release of acreage from the permit (as described in paragraph 3 of this report) a Division policy <br />allowing a "land exchange" was identified as a possible method of adding back an equal acreage, through a streamlined <br />method that is not as stringent or costly as an amendment. A copy of a 112c application (amendment) form was included in <br />the operator's copy of the 8/19/04 report. A copv of the Division's policv on land exchange requirements is included in this new <br />report. The acreage release must be approved first, then followed by request for the land exchange. The adding of land under <br />the land exchange may be applied for with the fee for a technical revision, which is $188. <br />were observed during the inspection.
