One of my neighbors, and mother of a geologist, <br />mentioned to me that the three houses damaged by the blast were all on the <br />same line...or fault....and the damage either occured because of vibration <br />or sound. As you know, sound travels in waves and it seems that lot 15, 17 <br />and 18 got caught by such a wave. I'm sure this all makes sense to you. <br />I know you are aware that Mr. Congdon got permission on Wednesday to operate <br />his mine 12 months a year....from 7 am to 7 pm.
